UK100's response to DEFRA's consultation on the designation of National Highways as a relevant public authority examines the requirement of National Highways to work with local authorities to improve local air quality.

This is UK100's response to the the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs’ (DEFRA) consultation seeking views on the designation of National Highways as a relevant public authority. We examine how this could impact upon the requirements placed on National Highways to work with local authorities to improve local air quality.
