What is the scope of your work?

Scope of services are focused on retrofit and decarbonisation of non-domestic real estate. The software scope comprises of 3 key modules – Analyse, Execute and Report. Advisory and Deployment are available to ensure high-quality implementation within your organisation.

‍1. Analyse Module

Whole portfolio and granular building-level assessments to identify the best retrofit options within financial, technical and regulatory constraints, and Scope-3 impact analysis to identify and deliver the best-suited renewable technology combinations at scale. 

2. Execute Module

Investment planning aligned with lifecycle replacement plans, property strategies and project-tracking to delivery

3. Report Module

Portfolio and building-level performance reporting, verification of savings and compliance with regulatory standards.

Can you give us an example of a local authority you have worked with?

Greater London Authority & West London Alliance

Challenge

Greater London Authority and the West London Alliance (6 London Boroughs) wanted to build upon the Local Area Energy Planning work completed previously and progress to investible projects at scale.

Solution

418 buildings were onboarded on to the Quantaco platform and investment-grade analysis conducted in a matter of weeks. This equated to 3,550+ tCO2 and £44.5 million investment across the portfolio.

Results

9 buildings were selected for immediate deployment and Quantaco’s analysis was used to apply for £1 million grant funding, which was successful. These projects are currently being deployed.
