In this UK100 response to the consultation by the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) regulations and implementation, we examine how we think BNG should be applied to Town and Country Planning Act development and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.
