Membership Projects Officer

£28,000 per year | Remote (Postholder will be expected to work from the UK100 London office at a minimum of two days per month) | Deadline: 23:59, 7 March 2024

Are you passionate about tackling climate change and supporting councils and communities to deliver on their climate ambitions? Are you experienced in delivering unique, engaging, collaborative events and training? Are you interested in working in a small, lively team with room to grow and develop? Then you could be UK100’s new Membership Project Officer. 

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Membership Project Officer who can use their outstanding event management and organisational skills to plan and execute our membership training and events programme. While also using their interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our local leaders and their staff to tackle the Climate Emergency and reach Net Zero. 

The role will support the delivery of a programme of work such as UK100’s sector-leading Climate Leadership Academy, developing UK100’s network and membership offer, evolving UK100’s Knowledge Hub to promote best practice, and organising other events for local government politicians and officers (online and in-person).
